Advising Notes – best practices and tips (workshop/presentation)

Academic advisors use advising notes to maintain an accurate record of advising discussions, recommendations, and referrals.  Advising notes, including those entered into the University’s advising platform GPS, become a part of a student’s educational record.  Join us for a discussion of how to ensure that notes are thorough, academically focused, and do not disclose private personal information.
