  • Please request these subs through the Degree Audit system, and note the nature of the project/research for the approver.
  • BSC498 might be able to count as Advanced Writing – you can request this but details must be provided to get this approved.

Biology – B.A. – per J. Lubischer on 10/22/2019:  BSC497 is Experiential Learning. BSC498 is LSE’s. BSC499 is Free Electives.

Biological Sciences – B.S.

  • No Concentration (per Lisa Parks 10/22/2019): 3 cr toward ELE; 4 credits toward ASM.
  • EEC* (per Brian Langerhans 10/22/2019): 497 is Experiential Learning, 498 is EECB, 499 is Free or EECB case by case. Needs to be EEC-related.
  • HB (per Lisa Parks 10/22/2019): 3 cr and 4 cr split between HB and ASM.
  • IPN* (per John Godwin, 10/22/2019): 3 hours toward IPN if IPN-related; additional credits toward ASM.
  • MCD* (per Mike Sikes, 10/22/2019): Count toward ELE and MCD electives first if MCD-related, ASM if MCD electives are full.

Zoology – B.S.* – Per J. Campbell, 10/22/2019:  4 cr in ZO electives, 3 cr in ASM. Preferably Zoology related.
