New Ways to Support Hungry and Homeless NC State Students – Nov 12

In December, 2017, 14% of NC State students reported experiencing food insecurity in the last month and 9.6% of NC State students experienced homelessness in the last year. Since then, the university and local community have made tremendous strides in better serving these students and hopefully preventing the rates to continue including an Emergency Fund, Meal Plan Scholarship, and many more resources. Collaborate with the campus staff, faculty, administrators and students to determine how you can best serve students’ basic needs using existing and new resources.
